Q: How to I get a quote or place an order?
A: The majority of quotes and orders are handled by phone, fax and e-mail, if the need cannot be handled by one of these methods then a sales representative will meet you at your business or jobsite to assess your needs and provide you with a quote.
Q: How do I get my signs when they are ready?
A: Completed signs are shipped to you either via commercial carrier or delivered by a local courier. If it is a sign to be installed then our installation crew will have the sign and handle the install at the date and location designated for the installation.
Q: How do I pay for my sign, do you offer terms?
A: Deposits are required before proceeding with a project and payment is due at completion of project. Terms are granted in some cases based on purchasing and payment history as well as volume of orders, this is done on a case by case basis. Payments can be made by check or credit card.
